"High degree of functionality"
What do you like best about Cvent? I like the reporting function the best but I also like how customizable it is. What do you dislike about Cvent? It can be quite cumbersome to learn all of the functionality within Cvent. Recommendations to others considering Cvent: If there is training available, partake in that! What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Learning the new changes and updates is a problem, I suppose.

"Cvent has improved quite a bit since we started using it."
What do you like best about Cvent? If we have a problem or don't understand something, we can find the solution in the Help or Community section. What do you dislike about Cvent? We cannot embed forms or maps onto the Cvent pages nor does the software offer an Exhibit Hall type map to assign booths for our exhibitors. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We can have a consistent registration experience for all our events for all our participants.

"Cvent has a lot to offer. I think the keyword is A LOT!"
What do you like best about Cvent? The best part of Cvent is the Zoom integration, data tags, and it gives attendees a more seamless interactive experience. What do you dislike about Cvent? I felt that the sales team was not very forthcoming about how hard it is to create your entire event independently. They have teams you can hire to create your event, but it's much more costly. This platform does have a lot to offer, but I think they could do a much better job orientating people that are ...

For power users and full-time meeting planners, I can imagine how you could use this as a hub for all of your meeting design and implementation. They also added a virtual conference platform, the "Attendee Hub" which is pretty easy to use. They are constantly rolling out new features for it, which is good. What do you dislike about Cvent? They seem to be in the midst of a transition in their platform for conference design and ...

"Useful for participants"
What do you like best about Cvent? As a presenter the presenter hub was immensely valuable. What do you dislike about Cvent? The difficulty in getting into any sessions that had a capped capacity and if participants had added it to their schedule but had not actually joined the session these individuals still took up a "spot" in the session. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? It allowed us to provide a virtual event and increase our stakeholder reach beyond our ...

I appreciated the opportunity to hire Cvent tech support, who were able to interact with participants. We have used Cvent for several years and truly enjoyed their ability to register and manage conferences. What do you dislike about Cvent? The join links came late - right ...
