There are a lot of products to learn and switch between, but it seems like they're improving things to bring them under a singly service point. What do you like best about Cvent? The Cvent product line is both deep and wide - offering solutions to every aspect of the meeting planning, preparation, and execution process. What do you dislike about Cvent? Cvent can be a costly solution. Several times I've run into issues where the scope of the project wasn't clearly defined by either side and assumptions were proven false later in the project. What do you like best about Cvent? The sessions were helpful and the time being set to 30 minutes was nice to keep attention and also attend mutliple throughout the day. What do you dislike about Cvent? The app kept resetting and wifi disconnecting but those were minor issues. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We are learning ways to elevate our in person and online graduations that will better serve our students and alumni.

I like the 1-1 hands-on support we get from our Cvent dedicated account reps, and the check-ups and calls that they're always willing to get on with us to talk through additional products, resources, etc. We get excellent customer support and 1-1 support from them, which is one of our favorite things about working with them regularly.
