The user face is clean and easy to navigate and very customizable to what we want to do. It is also very easy on the attendee side - very straightforward and simple. Being in a very crowded market, Cvent allows us to differentiate our property from the big box hotels and highlights our uniqueness to planners looking for something different. Sometimes the product updates are further out and so can be misleading. Would like more smaller intimate social gatherings - easier to connect to industry colleagues rather than 2 big blow out events. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Depth of setting can be overwhelming. features of former product not translated to new platfofrm as of yet. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Cvent? The sessions were helpful and the time being set to 30 minutes was nice to keep attention and also attend mutliple throughout the day. What do you dislike about Cvent? The app kept resetting and wifi disconnecting but those were minor issues. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We are learning ways to elevate our in person and online graduations that will better serve our students and alumni.
