They assign you one-on-one support leading up to the event and answer all your questions. What do you dislike about Cvent? Unfortunately, there is not much customizability with the website and app. We wanted to change a lot of sections and realized it wasn't possible. You can't even have a page of speakers on the website (only app), and attendees ...
