On Arrival was easy for our check-in teams to use, and the reporting features were in depth enough that making custom reports based on a wide variety of criteria was easy to do. What do you like best about Cvent? I like all of the options that Cvent has for events. What do you dislike about Cvent? When we do have issues, it is hard to get a straight answer from our POC. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We can easily have both virtual and live events, and if we need to do a hybrid we can easily do that as well. We are more productive and it streamlines the process.

We can always call them to troubleshoot issues or activate onsite features. What do you dislike about Cvent? "All In One - A Formidable Solution"

What do you like best about Cvent? The sheer vastness of programs that the system can run, and variety of events to be managed. What do you dislike about Cvent? The system seems a bit outdated and could use some modernizing. Additionally, there is a lot of manual work on the web design side, and the program is not extremely intuitive. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Automations and connections to other programs are the best I've seen.
