There are a lot of trainings before you can begin your build on your own and many touch-base meetings scheduled during an already packed schedule. Recommendations to others considering Cvent: N/A What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Having them provide zoom links is very helpful in the event planning process.

What do you like best about Cvent? The attendee hub had all of the information needed to attend the event. Easy to maneuver. What do you dislike about Cvent? Changes in the join links every time a change was made. Would be easier if once the links are created, they remain the same. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Hybrid event for our organization with up to five hundred attendees, who may be in person or virtual.

Much less manual process than we previously used and easier registration for our delegates

"All In One - A Formidable Solution"

What do you like best about Cvent? The sheer vastness of programs that the system can run, and variety of events to be managed. What do you dislike about Cvent? The system seems a bit outdated and could use some modernizing. Additionally, there is a lot of manual work on the web design side, and the program is not extremely intuitive. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Automations and connections to other programs are the best I've seen.

We can always call them to troubleshoot issues or activate onsite features. What do you dislike about Cvent? Sometimes they roll out a new feature or product and there are a lot of bugs that need to get worked out. Many times I wait a year before fully adopting a new feature. What do you like best about Cvent? Attendee Hub helped us make our hybrid conference a great experience for both the in-person and virtual attendees. It was extremely helpful with how the platforms communicated with each other to eliminate duplicate work. What do you dislike about Cvent? It would be helpful to be able to have the ability to customize the platform a little more. Especially with having a separate agenda for in-person and virtual audiences.
