"Efficient and useful!"

What do you like best about Cvent? The ability to look for so many properties, receive responses, etc. It has made my job much more efficient. It can be hard to keep track of who you reach out to if you don't have a product like Cvent, and it also allows me to send messages and updates to everyone at the click of a button. What do you like best about Cvent? I love the help desk chat feature. I'm someone who likes to be able to write out every detail of what I need assistance with and to be able to print off the steps so I don't need to ask again. Being able to get someone to help me on a chat session within seconds is fantastic for this. What do you dislike about Cvent? I dislike that the system isn't more layman-user friendly. The Blue Release that Cvent is running now helped a lot but I still often struggle ...

"With dynamic graphics and a pretty streamlined approach, CVENT is a strong event management tool."

Customer Support is always available and always able to remedy issues. during one of my event builds, I became quite chummy with the CS team, so much so that a couple recognized me by name when I called. I don't know if that's a testament to the number of calls I made or just the attentiveness and rapport you build with the support team. My site was pretty dynamic and sometimes complex, but each team member was able to solve my issues within the phone ...

What do you like best about Cvent? Our utilization of Cvent has created so many efficiencies that it's honestly hard to capture them all. From the event build process, to the custom reports, the compatibility with our Accounting software, to being able to create certificates for our attendees. What do you dislike about Cvent? "Slow and painful, but fairly powerful"

What do you like best about Cvent? There's a good deal of power under the hood (if you can get to it without wanted to pull your hair out). What do you dislike about Cvent? The interface (I stopped using it right before Cvent Blue came out, so I can't speak to that update) is clunky and super slow. It's absolutely painful to pull even the littlest bit of information.
