What do you like best about Cvent? I like how cvent has everything included and makes it simple to use. And customer service is always helpful! What do you dislike about Cvent? While simple. it can be challenging in the way of finding things. Especially after you get used to things and they update it. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems with registration usually as there are usually a few quirks that have be checked off.

What do you like best about Cvent? How easy it was to navigate through the app What do you dislike about Cvent? The constant log in requirements, and having to go back to my emails for a code. Also the back end for admins was not as customizable as I would have like it to be. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? For on-demand videos, there is not an option to go back in to edit those edits and reupload them.

What do you like best about Cvent? All of our attendees can go to one place What do you dislike about Cvent? There is a bit of a learning curve for setup. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication during an event can be complicated to manage, this makes it easier. We're excited to utilize it for our conferences and potentially future in-person events.

It has helped immensely with online webinars and such for our organization. There are so many virtual benefits it offers.

But it's lack of new attendee engagement features, the event website is not customizable. Recommendations to others considering Cvent: If your organization is looking for a bespoke custom event website, Cvent may not be for you. They have a good variety of pre-made website templates ready, therefore it saves you time if that's what your organization wants. What problems ...

"Easy to Understand"

What do you like best about Cvent? I like the way that Cvent is laid out. It is easy to understand what is where without having to invest time I don't have in trying to figure it out. I also like the easy user experience. What do you dislike about Cvent? It would be nice to have more design options. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? This is our first event since the start of Covid. It has been easy to have multiple users contributing to the event.

Cvent is helping us to plan and execute our conference in a way that allows us to focus on our guest experience rather than technical details.

It is a lot of modules and a lot to learn. Even after training I still felt like there was so much left to learn. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to do everything manually own my own like I have in the past.
