What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent makes it easy to manage multiple events at one time. I love the analytics and being able to track who has opened emails. What do you dislike about Cvent? Navigating the platform can be a bit cumbersome at first, but after you get a few events under your belt it becomes easier. When setting up different registration types there is no option to make the same change across registration types (ie if I were changing the instructions at the top of a page). ...

What do you like best about Cvent? I love the front to back management aspect of Cvent. Anything you can think of for your event, Cvent has you covered. What do you dislike about Cvent? Though the product is very flexible, it's not necessarily customizable. Some helpful features just are not available yet. Like bulk updates to the Hotel Name field. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Cvent saves me time, which saves me money.

What do you like best about Cvent? The user interface when building and managing registration sites is very user friendly and intuitive. The ability to run accommodation change reports is very helpful in managing room lists. What do you dislike about Cvent? There are some improvements we would like to see with reporting - including the ability to report on session groups instead of individual sessions. The discount feature could also use some tweaks.
