"Does works well logistic wise, however, it doesn't work well being user friendly."
What do you like best about Cvent? The abandon cart email option and the event check-in, OnArrival. What do you dislike about Cvent? The website design isn't user friendly or nice looking. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to have a one-stop shop for people to register and we're able to see who has registered or cancelled, etc.

"Cvent gets the job done, takes a long time though"
What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent has a lot of capabilities and can cover all different aspects of your event from graphics, to payments. What do you dislike about Cvent? It is soooo unintuitive. It's a little easier to use now that I'm familiar with it, but still very clunky to work with. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We'll be working on our Crowdcompass app in a few months. I have realized that the chat feature is super helpful and they're very patient.

"The best event management software we have used"
What do you like best about Cvent? I love how easy it is to set up events, and the fact we can have many going on at once. The ease of inviting customers, to designing the website. to handling payments and registration. What do you dislike about Cvent? So far, I have no complaints with Cvent. "Cvent is the industry leader for a reason! "
What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent has allowed our event so team to effectively manage 350-400 events a year because of its robust system. BOth the simplicity of express events and being able to build multi track, multi reg types has increased our productivity beyond measure. The Crowd Conpass app integration is also a huge value add to our team and clients on-site during events What do you dislike about Cvent? "Customer service saves CVent's somewhat outdated platform"
What do you like best about Cvent? Customer service is excellent. There are plenty of options for customization but they aren't organized in the most thoughtful layout. Once you learn the ropes though it's a solid performance that is reliable. What do you dislike about Cvent? Rigid appearance of platform, old school reporting, exporting takes a long time and registration set up is tricky. Flexibility for customization is limited. At times regular support is limited in providing solutions or work around a for unique issues. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? "Increased Efficiencies and Better Marketing"
What do you like best about Cvent? I like that we (Event Planners)are able to create custom landing pages and emails without getting our Creative Marketing team involved. What do you dislike about Cvent? HTML can be hard to manage, but new FLEX program will resolve this issue What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Workflow bottleneck, multi-team touches, and slow promotion of events. We can now get an event up and running and out the door in very little time.

Their resource library is expansive and their support team is always quick to find a solution and help with questions. What do you dislike about Cvent? What do you like best about Cvent? I enjoy the different options to customize the user and registrants experience, the reporting tool, and very excited for cvent in a box/on arrival! What do you dislike about Cvent? I think it could be a bit more user friendly What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Time management skills. We are now using less time and resources to manually review data thanks to Cvent reporting.
