I love how easy it is to track our registrations across multiple events; run reports that that give me a great snapshot of financials, event specific questions, and other pertinent information. Sometimes it is to robust and doesn't offer WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) so when you want to make a change to a registration process, sometimes it is hard to find where to make that change. With the vast variety of features available, there are certain times you have to triple check that a function is turned on or off, as it may appear on different pages.
