"Excellent customer service, customizable registration process"

What do you like best about Cvent? Love the customization available during the registration process and ability for attendees (and sponsoring companies) to upload documents (i.e. company logo) within their registration. What do you like best about Cvent? It is very simple to set-up and event and get it started. Once you have a good grasp of how to use the software, most items are very intuitive and easy to use. Their help team is typically very helpful as well. What do you dislike about Cvent? Some aspects are still hard to work through such as seating and some travel aspects. "Flexible and great customer service"

What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is an incredibly flexible event platform, for all types of events. We do outdoor events like birding festivals and river races. Each requires different types of registration options and Cvent works well with both of them. Their Customer service is excellent. I can call any time and get my problems solved or questions answered within minutes. The staff is knowledgeable enough to provide a variety of options if I'm trying to do something unusual. What ...

What do you like best about Cvent? The software allows event managers to seemlessly create registration pages, build reports and build pre and post event emails to attendees and registrants. What do you dislike about Cvent? Once I learned the ins and outs of the software everything was smooth. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Cvent allows us to build and control our own registration pages.

What do you like best about Cvent? My favorite feature is I can save answers for each section, so I only need to adjust the details and dont need to recreate a new proposal from scratch each time. It is easy for planners to receive quotes in a uniform matter.

It takes a lot of brainpower with a person who is pretty tech-savvy to learn - although tech support is always available to help. What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is easy to use and has nice graphics, so you can create clear and nice looking registration websites. What do you dislike about Cvent? Not all features are perfect for the European market. You can gather flight info, but trains are not included yet. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Instead of having to keep a manual room block, all changes are captured and you are safe not to go over the booked capacity.
