"Cvent gives you what you pay for"

What do you like best about Cvent? Our event registrations are very complex with multiple paths and registration types for most events and Cvent is the only tool we have found that allows us to give our end user what they want. "Disappointed in the actual 'help', but not the lack of desire to "help'. They are nice people."

What do you like best about Cvent? I like the ability to have people request their own refunds so that I do not need to have a hand in every transaction. What do you dislike about Cvent? It took WAY too long for me to figure out the chain of command. Many people CC'd on emails - but it took MONTHS for me to have a conversation where I figured out the role of each person - so I went to the wrong person for help each time. "Not Very User-Friendly"

What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is the industry leader, mostly because they keep buying up smaller competitors, but I don't use it unless I have to. What do you dislike about Cvent? If the client doesn't speicifcally request cvent, I don't use it. I prefer other registration software because it is simpler and easier to use, and the back end is more intuitive. What do you like best about Cvent? Great customer service, they always find a way to help. What do you dislike about Cvent? Sometimes it requires many steps for something that should be simple.
