"Cvent - so close and yet so far"

What do you like best about Cvent? I like that we can manage our groups in one spot while having clients input their own information. What do you dislike about Cvent? The system runs incredibly slow most days, making it cumbersome to work with. There are so many extra steps to do things that it can be incredibly tedious. Something limited in the system is that if you have more than 1 repeatative event, and if there are changes, you need to amend the event individually.
