Credit tracker has made the CE component tracking so much easier and we have save valuable staff hours. I have found the customer service to be exceptional when we have needed assistance. "CVENT IS THE EFFECT EVENT PLANNING TOOL!"

What do you like best about Cvent? I love that CVENT has the capability to create and store event information and survey data. Their customer service is superior. Which is what really sold me on it. They walk you through the process one on one for a couple of months with a personal account manager. It has made my life so much easier at work. "Ease of Use"

What do you like best about Cvent? The best thing about Cvent is the ease of building an event and the easy user experience. What do you dislike about Cvent? The only thing that I'd dislike about Cvent is that Flex doesn't have all of the features quite yet. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows our members to easily register and book hotel rooms for our nine events each year. This saves our staff a tremendous amount of time.

What do you like best about Cvent? It's easy to use, highly customizable, and provides a lot of useful data. What do you dislike about Cvent? It can be a bit confusing, but the customer support and online forums help a lot. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? It provides ease of check in and a one stop solution for registration rather than manually tracking with a spreadsheet.

What do you like best about Cvent? I work a lot with setting up the event and registration websites, and I love how easy it is to get someone on the phone to answer any questions I need. What do you dislike about Cvent? Not knowing all the features I have available because there are two many too count What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Cvent for attendee registrations and loved the onsite experience we can create for our attendees.
