What do you like best about Cvent? It allows me to create any type of event, any size, and is configurable to anything we want to do. What do you dislike about Cvent? It can be tricky to learn at first, I spent significant time on the phone with support. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to do all of our event management in one place.

What do you like best about Cvent? Tools to organize the entire meeting experience from start to finish, all under one umbrella. Mitigates a lot of manual labor when putting together an event. Any questions that I have had, I was able to find on their community website, if not, I was able to contact them and have an answer in a very timely manner. What do you dislike about Cvent? What do you like best about Cvent? It really helps that there are a ton of integrated into one platform. They also have a great knowledge base, product forum, and customer service line that can assist you whenever. What do you dislike about Cvent? As great as the support is, sometimes the wait time can be a little long and you could be waiting for a while before your call would be answered, but they will stay on the phone with you however long you need.
