"Easy to use, Professional Software for Event Registration"
What do you like best about Cvent? The registration site is very modern and appealing, and CVENT copied our website look. The customer service is always available to help guide us step by step to editing something. The OnArrival program is a very appealing iPad style registration style for on-site badge printing etc. What do you dislike about Cvent? I wish the email system included templates and HTML to help us create more attractive emails. Recommendations to others considering ...

"Great experience so far!"
What do you like best about Cvent? The ease to build an RFP. It asks questions that I may not think to ask and as such, am able to fully build a complete RFP and see the responses easily. What do you dislike about Cvent? It's a little difficult to respond to vendors. Recommendations to others considering Cvent: Cvent can meet your needs whether big or small, that's what I really like about it. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? RFPs, so far, adding in the ...

"Great for Events"
What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent was a great option for our team as we prepare for our 5 annual events. The learning curve is small but they have a great support staff and will help you find the answers that you need. Would highly recommend for those looking to upgrade their software! What do you dislike about Cvent? The learning curve is small and our "advisory" was not as knowledgeable as we had hoped so it took several trial and error runs in the beginning. What problems is Cvent ...

"Strong product, but nuanced"
What do you like best about Cvent? Data centric system that feeds a data junky like me well. Strong Customer Support. What do you dislike about Cvent? A ton of CVENT jargon and complexities, nuanced and specialized. You have to train yourself in the "cvent way of thinking". Recommendations to others considering Cvent: Get a dedicated CVENT specialist. It's a complicated enough system someone will need to get involved What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? entire ...

"How User Friendly CVENT is to Use"
What do you like best about Cvent? I like how everything is set up for you to go through your webinar and not miss any content that needs to be added to promote it correctly. What do you dislike about Cvent? The only area that I do not like is the "Recent Items" drop down. The title is the only thing that appears and I would like the date of the webinar to also show in that area. It would make it easier when I go back to a specific webinar to make a change or add and to not have to open ...

"Wonderful Cvent Experience "
What do you like best about Cvent? We use Cvent for our conferences and the capabilities always amaze me. Anything we imagine we would like to make a part of the registration process we have been able to do through Cvent. What do you dislike about Cvent? I work for a Public University and we do not always have the funding for the fancy bells and whistles. This seems to be the only thing I dislike.
