"Not intuitive"

What do you like best about Cvent? I like that Cvent event pages can be designed to look appealing. What do you dislike about Cvent? I don't like that the back end of Cvent is not intuitive at all and you need hour-long trainings to do basic things. I also don't like that one page on the back end doesn't always speak to another, so you're made to do double work inputting the same information.
