What do you like best about Cvent? It is really helpful to have 24/7 support via online chat. The team is nice and transmit calm, which is very welcome when we are stressed over our event responsibilities. Although they cannot help in some cases, when it involves the appointments feature or development issues for instance, they are always glad to set a call with those who can solve the problem. What do you like best about Cvent? I love the custom registration paths, custom event site and ability to update without coding. Great having a central location for all information. Love On Arrival and that there are many other add on features to improve our reputation and attendee overall experience. What do you like best about Cvent? The support teams, they are awesome and always ready to help! What do you dislike about Cvent? Sometimes certain functionalities are hard to find, have to search or always call support team. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Running custom reports, to get answers to specific reGISTRATION questions. Benefits - you can customize exactly how you want it!

What do you like best about Cvent? The fact that just about EVERY aspect and little detail of your event can be customizable! You can ask questions, get answers, and have each registrant have a full experience. What do you dislike about Cvent? The verbiage that is used within the event planning tools can get very confusing and ambiguous. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to streamline the process and gather as much data as I need, even more!

What do you like best about Cvent? I love the widget based building format for websites and registrations.
