What do you like best about Culture Amp? We have very different audiences that we need surveyed - the two main ones being franchisee and equity staff The questions/trends and results are greatly different and culture amp allowed this

"More than just a survey platform"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? My company started using Culture Amp to run the employee engagement survey 3 years ago and we haven't looked back. Now we run a range of surveys through the tool and we love that it's so easy to design and set up the survey and the reporting functionality is great. I also like that there is continual improvement to the funcationality.

"Great tool for managing feedback, performance and light guided training on soft skills"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? The ability to ask for and receive feedback in many different ways and everything from a quick check-in to Annual performance reviews and the ability to tie it all together makes the tool very useful. I also think the learning modules are great at providing tips to improve various soft skills, including; meeting management, leadership, resilience, etc

What do you like best about Culture Amp? In the morning, I find a mail every day related to improving my skills as a Manager. Conducted online - and quick feed back and implementation of the ideas are also easy.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The integration with Slack and reminds me to progress on the course daily and helps me to practice it. This also helps to keep a record of what I did on the different days.
