What do you like best about Culture Amp? The simplicity and small incremental chunks are thrown my way as a user. It's more easily digestible and actionable like that, instead of having one big training that lasts for the whole day

"Culture Amp makes things easy"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? It allows for easy 1-1 with my team and is an excellent place for note-taking and follow-up reminders. I'm also doing some leadership training which is very informative

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Slack integration makes it easy to stay engaged and involved. The sessions are super quick and easy and provide very thoughtful instruction in feedback in a way that easy to digest and retain. Its also a very positive language the encourages growth.
