What do you like best about Culture Amp? From my experience, using Culture Amp helps to set a goals and follow the steps of reaching them. In my opinion this is one of the best ways to achieve a goal and keep your progress. This helps the people to follow the road and to moove in the right direction.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp is a fantastic tool. I've used it in 2 companies who are very different in size and scale, and Culture Amp has ben invaluable at helping us gain insight in to how engaged our team are, what our pain points are in areas of opportunity. In my current company we are also using the 1-1 tool which is working really well, helping provide structure to 1-1s and keep team members and managers in sync. What do you like best about Culture Amp? WHat I love about Culture Amp is that 1-1 and other notes are stored on the platform for easy review. I also love the personal development - pick an area you wish to work on, and you get guided emails with easy exercises to improve your management skills.

Culture Amp is a comprehensive survey platform that offers easy to use surveys that help capture a range of employee sentiment/experiences at different times in their lifecycle.
