"CultureAmp is the best platform to replace traditional methods of performance reviews"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? It has a feature of goal setting, which allows to create company goals, departmental goals and individual goals. The best thing is I can align individual goals to relevant departmental or company goals, which helps to demonstrate that my individual goals are helping overall to achieve the business goals.

"User friendly tool to keep your team in check"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? How easy is to use and how much you can get out of it. As a new manager it helped me a lot to organise the mid year and end of year reviews with my teams, set up goles and check in on performance.
