"Intuitive tool for authentic connections"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love the structure that Culture Amp builds into its tools, such as 1:1 conversations. It helps me provide -- and receive -- valuable feedback at my organization. There's also a place for me to make notes and follow up, which shows my direct reports that they're heard and valued.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Anonymity, but the benefit of this was counteracted by the fact that only a few managers got to read the full comments - managers got to screen out any they didn't like.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Easy to use, clear and intuitive format. Culture Amp allows me the time to log and communicate with my supervisor and easy access to my appraisals

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Everything is very simple. The user experience is functional to complete and support the entire perfomance cycle. I love that you can do also structured survey within the platform.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Features of the culture amp are quite affective and help review the employees from 360 degree from manager to peers. So overall picture is presented to the management where the employee is present and what improvements are needed and what are placed where he/she is doing well.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp is very visually appealing and easy to navigate. I also like that I do not have to submit answers one at a time. Because all my answers are visible and editable together, I can organize my thoughts better and make sure that I am expressing myself well.
