What do you like best about Crowdin? CrowdIn is respectable for what it does. Lots of language options and the ability to manage per-language permissions for translating users is great. Separating between submitted and approved translations is also useful. Their API is strong. What do you dislike about Crowdin? Poor Support and Billing Process
CrowdIn has a disappointing support and billing process. Software itself is solid, but there is no account recovery process for situations where a billing account is attached to a former employee of your company. Was told this is because of their privacy policy, which seems weird since this is a pretty standard occurrence for enterprise software.
