What do you like best about Crewhu? The ability to reward / recognise employees internally and from our clients in invaluable and having in one application is far more efficient and easy for everyone. What do you like best about Crewhu? We have CrewHu setup so that peers can recognize each other when they see someone exhibiting one of our core values. The team loves this and we celebrate each peer award in our weekly all staff meeting. What do you dislike about Crewhu? I haven't really found any downsides. What do you like best about Crewhu? I like the ability to gamify the system, make it easier for my clients to submit if they like the service or no. What do you dislike about Crewhu? Inability to track which client submitted a google review, inability to split points among multiple technicians that worked on the ticket. What problems is Crewhu solving and how is that benefiting you? I can see how well my team is performing as it relates to my clients satisfaction level.

What do you like best about Crewhu? I have tried a few survey tools, and this one has the most features of any I have tested. It allows us to get more surveys, better insight into how our customers feel, and get data we can use in our sales and marketing What do you dislike about Crewhu? No big downsides I am aware of, as we are a new client. The price is perhaps a touch high for all the features, but the Pro package is a good balance of features and price.
