The user interface is not attractive and the support system doesn't respond quickly. What problems is Crewhu solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Crewhu? Simple CSAT module with very few end user steps to complete. What do you dislike about Crewhu? The reporting is not very good at all. Both for CSAT reports and internal "bucks" and contests. What problems is Crewhu solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping us understand when clients are unhappy with our service which allows us to address it before they decide to leave us.

Just wish we could have the system notify a PoC at the client when it notifies us of a great rating (particularly with feedback). What problems is Crewhu solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Crewhu? The interface is well laid out and shows just enough detail. I think it helps reward staff/colleagues on how well they're doing and how satisfied clients/customers are at the end of the day. Sometimes you'll get someone who wants to comment on how you made them feel, which exemplifies why CrewHu is so valuable. What do you dislike about Crewhu? It pretty much ticks all the boxes. What do you like best about Crewhu? CrewHu is easy to use, easy to integrate, and makes rewarding great behavior simple. Everyone uses is, and it has improved our company camaraderie as well as our customer awareness. What do you dislike about Crewhu? For anyone that isn't "techy", some of the integrations are a little complicated.
