What do you like best? Coupa helps make reporting very easy. All our expenses are currently being recorded in Coupa and this has made our current accounting very easy and efficient and has allowed for a streamlined process for expenses review and approval. What do you like best? Coupa was used by my company for procurement and expense management. We found the system to be very intuituve and user focused. What do you dislike? Implementation process took longer than expected. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Noticable improvements in procurement process and reduced time needed to manage the process.

This review will not do it justice...but my hat is off to Coupa for building an excellent product
What do you like best? I would say the most valuable attribute that Coupa offers is its functionality and intuitiveness from the beginning. It is EXTREMELY easy to use, but has all of the functionality that you could imagine. What do you dislike? The only 'dislike', I wouldn't call it that, is that you are not necessarily able to customize the system since it is a SaaS. What do you like best? Tired of purchase orders, tedious manual processes? Coupa may be for you. This SaaS platform helps to automate the requisitions, approval, ordering, payment process; expense management; contracting, reporting, budgeting & analytics. What do you dislike? Not all features fully baked - sometimes feels like they're trying to "throw in the kitchen sink".
