Enjoyed my ProsperWorks Experience

What do you like best? I find ProsperWorks easy to navigate and I can quickly add details of new leads and opportunites. Works great, good price

What do you like best? It integrates very well with gmail, and makes it easy to add contacts from gmail. It's very streamlined and doesn't take much time to enter and update opportunities. There's a google sheets add-in that lets you extract data from Prosperworks for more in-depth analysis. What do you dislike? The reporting isn't awesome. What do you like best? I love that I can put in the follow-up reminders that email me and tell me when I need to go back to a prospect. It's easy to forget when I should email or follow up with someone but Prosperworks has so many additional features I use daily to remind me. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The tight integration with G Suite - email, documents and calendar in particular - makes PW a breeze to work with for G Suite users. Google Syncing doesn't actually sync

What do you like best? I like the UI and the overall feel of the software. What do you dislike? "google sync" does not sync. PWs does not sync with google contacts. It will do a one way export of new contacts added to PWs to google, but only copies over the name, email and phone. It won't even send over the address or the name of the company. My small company is as important to Prosperworks as Google is.

What do you like best? They have absolutely nailed it with top customer service. My AE, David, gets back to me always before the end of the business day even when I tell I him I don't need an answer right away. I have been around the CRM SaaS world since some of the big guys had just handfuls of employees. They forgot about the small companies that helped them prepare for landing the enterprise clients.
