I really wanted to love prosperworks, BUT....
I really wanted to love prosperworks. I asked several times for instructions and they kept sending me webinars that didn't answer my questions. Unfortunately I paid for the whole year and now I am stuck with technology that never made it out of the gate. I am in Real Estate and I wanted this to be everything that they said it would be for my industry. Maybe it is - but no one seemed to be able to help. I even said I would pay for one on one with someone from the office and never heard back. ...

Poor for overall marketing needs
Poor for overall marketing needs. It's difficult to export contacts and lacks the reporting sophistication I relied on SFDC to provide. Lack of integrations with a majority of marketing solutions also adds unnecessary complexity. Service and support is great (thanks Jason! but I shouldn't have to rely on them.

Great Integration for minimal process work
What do you like best? I like how it automatically logs outgoing and incoming emails to your contact and stores them for easy access. What do you dislike? I do not like that you cannot take reminders off a task, there always has to be a reminder which sends an email, but for me I just go off my google calendar and do not need email reminders. Recommendations to others considering the product Consider doing a trial which is a full version trial so that you can see all of the ...

Streamlined-links well with Gmail
What do you like best? The email tracking. It's nice to know who reads what and how many times they read it. What do you dislike? The mobile app is lacking and difficult to use. I don't like that you can not track the emails and other features are not available. I find myself not really using this service on my phone for this reason. Recommendations to others considering the product Take the time to learn it. And utilize all the support that they have to offer. What business ...

Well designed & efficient but lacking some features
What do you like best? I like how Prosperworks seems to be designed according to Google standards which makes sense because they integrate very well with the Google suite of products. What do you dislike? It seems like Prosperworks is still working on some features that I feel most CRMs already incorporate. I do not like the fact that I cannot send bulk email in any amount. I have to integrate a Mailchimp account. I also feel like the automation is not yet robust enough. The only ...
