Awesome program, only minor concerns, all in all the best I've used

Great program. My only complaint/suggestion is that as of now, there is no option to disable features that I don't use. (Example - companies. Every contact creates a company, often based on the contact's email address - i.e. if the person has a Gmail email address, PW associated a company "Gmail" with the contact. This is incredibly frustrating, although doesn't interfere with work flow. All in all, very functional and has some outstanding features that other lead/opportunity tracking ...

I love almost everything about this …

I love almost everything about this program. I use it daily. What would make this an even better program is partnering up with quickbooks or some other accounting software. Then, we could get rid of the other programs we use and only use PW.

Great Integration for minimal process work

What do you like best? I like how it automatically logs outgoing and incoming emails to your contact and stores them for easy access. What do you dislike? I do not like that you cannot take reminders off a task, there always has to be a reminder which sends an email, but for me I just go off my google calendar and do not need email reminders. Recommendations to others considering the product Consider doing a trial which is a full version trial so that you can see all of the ...

Streamlined-links well with Gmail

What do you like best? The email tracking. It's nice to know who reads what and how many times they read it. What do you dislike? The mobile app is lacking and difficult to use. I don't like that you can not track the emails and other features are not available. I find myself not really using this service on my phone for this reason. Recommendations to others considering the product Take the time to learn it. And utilize all the support that they have to offer. What business ...

Well designed & efficient but lacking some features

What do you like best? I like how Prosperworks seems to be designed according to Google standards which makes sense because they integrate very well with the Google suite of products. What do you dislike? It seems like Prosperworks is still working on some features that I feel most CRMs already incorporate. I do not like the fact that I cannot send bulk email in any amount. I have to integrate a Mailchimp account. I also feel like the automation is not yet robust enough. The only ...
