"A wonderful community experience in the workplace"
What do you like best about Cooleaf? I had never heard of Cooleaf before starting at Shipt, but Cooleaf is easy to use, and it is incredible how a small Cooleaf shoutout will make your workday better. It is pretty straightforward to send points or recognize/shoutout a peer, and redeeming points is just as easy.

"We love Cooleaf"
What do you like best about Cooleaf? Cooleaf is a fun way to get everyone engaged. Participation is easy, and the rewards are always fun. I'm not sure about the engagement on ad-hoc recognitions (they seem pretty active but I don't pay much attention very often), but I know that every structured event/challenge has hundreds of participants. Really cool.

It was very user-friendly and made recognizing others and collaborating with others easier. "Cooleaf is a cool way to acknowledge good work and compete at the same time."
What do you like best about Cooleaf? I like that you can recognize a colleague for a job well done and everyone can see what they did to deserve the recognition. It means a lot more when a fellow employee recognizes something that you have been working hard on and brings it to everyones attention.
