What do you like best about Cooleaf? I love how the points transfer to real money & we're able to purchase things with them. I also like how the challenges/events bring us together as a company, especially since WFH and receiving Cooleaf points at the end is like the icing on the cake. Also, if we're having a rough week, we can recognize someone on our team and receive points which helps boost employee spirits and morale.

What do you like best about Cooleaf? I like that I can issue praise/shoutouts, participate in periodic virtual events and that Cooleaf points can be turned into gift cards for real-life purchases. I already bought a Ninja Foodi and a Deep Fryer using my gift cards. I feel that I can engage with my co-workers in a meaningful way and helps fulfill some of the social interactions I am missing during quarantine.
