What do you like best about Cooleaf? I love both the recognitions and challenges that happen in cooleaf. It keeps employees engaged and gives employees that extra drive. There is nothing like getting a simple good job or a pat on the back for the hard work. What do you like best about Cooleaf? I love the ability to recognize my colleagues for a job well done. Having your hard work recognized is a very effective way to avoid burnout and keep up morale. I also love that Cooleaf provides an opportunity for employers to reward their employees through challenges, recognitions, etc. I always have a fun time when I log into Cooleaf.
