What do you like best about Convoso? It's a very user-friendly system. My connection rate has been great. The team is very responsive and easy to work with. What do you dislike about Convoso? Some of the reports on the dashboard could be more detailed. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Connection rate.

"Convoso Auto Dialer by Kensington"

What do you like best about Convoso? Ease of use, Manageability, and the administrative tasks of Convoso are extremely useful. Convoso (if used properly) can be a 1 shop stop for anyone using a predictive dialer for their company. What do you dislike about Convoso? I have had some billing mishaps, but they were resolved when I contacted my CSM. I do not like the Cost of adding features and having to pay for the Feature x Amount of Agent Licences I have. What do you like best about Convoso? Ease of use and custom reporting to fully view everything going on with my team! What do you dislike about Convoso? How many little moving pieces can affect one call. However, once you get used to it becomes very simple What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to dial and manage so many contacts. Also registering DIDs so I dont show up as spam to all of my potential clients.

"Great Work Tool"

What do you like best about Convoso? The best part about convoso is that it is easy to use, fast and relatable. I like that i can get everything in the same page. What do you dislike about Convoso? The only downside of using convoso is that sometimes the system freezes and I need to restart it. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? I use convoso for work, and since I'm in the medical field is helping me to communicate with patients to get what they need.
