What do you like best about Convoso? Overall user-friendly, easy to navigate, great accessibility tools, and integrates well with other software! What do you dislike about Convoso? Barely a dislike but having personal customization could be beneficial. There are some icons/selectables/drop down menus that I use very frequently. "Very easy to use"

What do you like best about Convoso? Very little trouble, very easy to access. Clear call sounds, rarely any problems. What do you dislike about Convoso? Sometimes convoso crashes and the whole team has to try to continue with our leads. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Having to dial out numbers takes too much time, and convoso helps eliminate voicemails.

What do you like best about Convoso? Ease of use. Simple setup and easy to understand. Very pleased with convoso. What do you dislike about Convoso? Sometimes there is static during the calls on the agent and customer ends but nothing that lasts all day or that a quick reboot won't fix. Overall pleased with Convoso. What do you like best about Convoso? I love how Convoso makes it easy to sort through different calling campaigns and the seamless interface displaying prospect's information during a call. What do you dislike about Convoso? Sometimes it is difficult to sign back into Convoso when the browser is forcibly shut down. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Convoso makes it easier to increase outreach volume. More contacts equals more potential leads and increased business.
