What do you like best about Consensus? Being able to send a prospect or customer a demo is incredibly helpful! I use to start new conversations, expedite the deal cycle, or close deals. What do you dislike about Consensus? There is a bit of a learning curve but overall pretty intuitive after a bit of practice. What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Consensus? Consensus is a great tool that I use day in and day out. I'm able to send multiple videos at a time and receive up-to-date notifications when they click on the video and interact with the content. What do you like best about Consensus? Ease of use, as well as the ability to quickly get a prospect information What do you dislike about Consensus? Slightly admin lead. You are only as good as your SE's ability to create the demos. I would like to see more of a marketing flair to them. What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to better educate my prospects on my company. They then come more prepared to expedite conversations.

I love being able to have a call with a prospect, and if they are interested in specific features that I can't show, I'm then able to forward them a Consensus Demo of Egnyte and allow them to see first hand how something works with our product. I can make Pre-recorded videos that will apply to "most" customer inquiries or use cases about my platform and make them available for my prospects, then track when they view or share these videos, and who they share them with.
