Fine control over remote desktop …
Fine control over remote desktop access. Although slightly more difficult to setup and administer than competiting products, it is simple for end users to use.

Was always really easy to use
Was always really easy to use, something changed within the past several months support options changed end users now have to enter some pin code where they use to click your name from a list.Appears to have some issues with Windows 10 Pro 64bit, and IE, Edge and Chrome... spent a half hour trying to get a person to connect to a remote session use to take all of 3 to 5 minutes.

Have tried a few support systems
Have tried a few support systems, but this is by far the best to date.We are 12 months down the track with it now and exceptionally happy.Only one criticism , but it is the same one I have will all the systems we have tried, Clients are so bloody stupid that they get lost trying to download & run the file.It would be great if it could be installed just once and only downloaded if it was a new install or an upgrade.But a certainly 5 stars from me.

I have been dealing with invoicing …
I have been dealing with invoicing problems with Connectwise now for over 1 year and they still have problems and cant seem to get it write. Just the other day our account manager said we were behind 11 invoices. All of which was completely inaccurate and we were completely paid up. I have lost the trust that Connectwise is able to invoice properly for their services and we must constantly be aware that CW is not over charging or simply making big mistakes with invoicing. Very DISAPPOINTING!

Ad hoc specialists!
ConnectWise Control is very quick and easy to use and has an extensive list of functionality. My primary reason for the 5 starts is the brandable interface and theming and multi-method easy of ad hoc session deployment.
