ConnectWise is by far the best
ConnectWise is by far the best remote control tool I've seen and I've tried them all. Easy to use because of the great Web-based platform to manage your computers and every features you wish it had.

Best remote software we have ever used.
What do you like best? File transfer, ease of connectivity anywhere we are. Customers for the most part can log into site and we can connect faster. I can use this on my phone, computer, unattended access or assisted makes this very easy to work with and gets me in and out of sessions and on with my day. Saves us so much time to assist our customers programming needs and even software upgrades. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike, navigation is at times difficult, but still ...

Best replacement I could find.
Due to the increase in cost of our previous solution, I began looking for a replacement. I test drove several remote connection applications and was really happy with how well and smooth ConnectWise Control was. And the cost. Fantastic deal for the money and it does exactly what we needed. Installation is a breeze and connections are smooth and fast. Can't recommend it enough.

Great remote computer software!
We use it as a remote login for our employees to work from home when necessary and access their work computers. It works great and accommodates the multiple screens their work computers have.

Customer Support Great, but Want HTML5 Implementation
Yes, I agree that my customer experience is somewhat great, but I don't understand why this whole ordeal cannot be implemented in HTML5 directly in the browser. It would be much easier to remote control the computers if they just opened inside a browser window instead of a separate application which you need to click like 5 times before you're able to remote control something

Great Product
Great Product, easy to use and the ability to view all or just one monitor has been great. Also ability for the software to reconnect to a session after a reboot helps tremendously. Remote Support or setting up a meeting this products works!
