ConnectWise is #1 in our books
Our company used to spend a ton of money with Logmein for our remote services, until we discovered ConnectWise. Logmein will never compare to ConnectWise, Logmein charges way too much money for the services they offer and are ripping people off. ConnectWise is #1 in our books!!

Once it works, it works well
After having issues with getting the trial to even work (where the support team was very helpful, we have been happy with ConnectWise as an unattended access solution (called "Agents" in ConnectWise terminology for our computers compared to the Teamvewer that we previously used.

ConnectWise Quietly Delivers Excellence
I have been using ConnectWise for several years and could not do my job without it. Since starting with ConnectWise I have never once been tempted to look for a better remote software solution for my IoT product. Most everything is really great
Most everything is really great. More continuity between screens and more keyboard power user-friendly keyboard integration. Also for the paid procurement app, needs more features that integrate with QuickBooks like multiple invoice receipts, and more ways to enter and calculate shipping expenses.

Loving screen connect
Loving screen connect, and it seems to continue to improve. It has greatly helped my business and is a reasonable price for everything it offers. I only wish I could stay permanently logged in on my phone

Great for Software companies.
Everything works great for supporting our customers. The biggest problem is when they try to connect, especially for new users. But I can share their screen, copy file to and from, and speed things up by going grey scale for folks that have slow internet connections.
