This is a professional level tool that works better than LogMeIn or GoToMyPC for unattended remote access. We also use it every day for one-off remote support sessions. And I have clients using it for their own simple needs--such as logging into the office computer from home. Screenconnect by ConnectWise is a great value at $24/month for basic service.

Hands down
Hands down, the worst, non-effective, slow, sloppy and useless technical support. Their sales people are really good, but the support process, and support team are more concerned with metrics than customer satisfaction. Also note that this is not an innovative product, the core functionality is the exact same as it was 15+ years ago. Putting lipstick on a pig is a good way to describe it.

Best remote access software I've every used. Better than Logmei, Teamviewer, and Splashtop. I highly recommend.
