What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? I love the ability to use scripts to manage large groups of computers, and the monitors are very useful as well. What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? Documentation is sometimes lacking, and difficult to locate when it comes to very specific issues, and support is terrible. I put in a support request over 2 weeks ago, for what should've been a quick response. When I contact support they say a support engineer will get back to me, ...

What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? Ease of use. Screen Connect is a complete game-changer. Being able to deploy Automate, Webroot, and ScreenConnect automatically is amazing. What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? Fast connection to the computers that we are managing What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? Permissions are a little squirrely and take a bit to figure out What problems is ConnectWise Automate solving and how is that benefiting you? We are moving over to the system for remote management. What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? I love the multiple options that ConnectWise offers to allow my organization to be streamlined. We use it for remote access, patch management, software management and multiple other avenues. What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? Our server is currently cloud hosted with ConnectWise and this sometimes takes away from our flexibility on customization . Would be intuitive to have a one click remote access option. What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? Very robust. Can do almost anything you need. What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? Company is very disjointed. I expect they will either correct issues, or merge. Recommendations to others considering ConnectWise Automate: Confirm that its not overkill for what you need. What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? Very robust automation tool. Expandable with multiple plugins that can make managing hundreds of devices simple. What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? A little difficult to learn all of ins and outs of this tool. Not out of reach, but expect to take a day or two configuring.
