"Best RMM tool out there"

What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? Alot of 3rd party integrations make it very usefull. Scripting is great and allows us to automate somay things. What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? New feature development is slow woudl like to see more in this area. What problems is ConnectWise Automate solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it extensivly for make system changes/updates and deploying new software. It saves ALOT of tech time.

What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? Utilizing Automate is a skys limit sort of software. If you have on staff scripters or developers, it can make that even better. If you can think of it automate can do it. We've utilized it to be able to fully setup a new machine from scratch for a particular client. What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? Where to begin? There are so many capabilities of client management tools we use on a daily basis. CWA is our go-to for Agent access, pushing Windows Patching and third-party updates. We have monitors in place that help us be PROactive instead of REactive.
