This is great and useful tool for easy collaboration

PROS: Confluence is great for beginners, with its templates I can easily create pages. This tool is easy to use, it allows you to create pages and to organize them into spaces, and it provides permissions policy for the content. There is wonderful integration with JIRA and Hipchat as well.

What do you like best about Confluence? The best thing is, it readily available with the team and we can update the business documnent from any system and any where. Excellent system for information sharing

PROS: I personally feel Confluence is a great app for sharing knowledge and info with team members. You can share ideas on various technical topics like troubleshooting issues and setting up demos for automated programming. Each team can create their own page and fill it up with useful info. The app is also suitable for our Agile Scrum environment and we use it to organize sprint retrospectives.
