Confluence is simple to use and helpful!

What do you like best? Confluence offers an easy to use way to train and access manuals. It really makes it simple to find things once you've got down the hang of it. There are a ton of features that can make life a lot easier if you use them--but even just as a digital work manual, this is a useful thing to have access to. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Single place for all document sharing is pretty good What do you dislike? On the slower side for performance, some pages take a lot of time to load What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cross collaboration tool that actually works!

What do you like best? The ability to track updates and alert team members of changes made What do you dislike? The layout is very similar to sharepoint, which manyd of our users think is "outdated". My current team does not use confluence and I wish we did. What do you like best? Easy to create a lot of detailed interconnected documentation. What do you dislike? The way that pages are uniquely identified makes it impossible for two pages to have the same title. This forces me to have very long page titles, or break up content into more spaces.
