Configure One
What do you like best? Customers are able to create very complex product selections and quote they want and get a price using a very simple interface. What do you dislike? The high cost for interface support from Configure One, $200/hour for many functions that are not always intuitive enough to figure it out on our own. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This interface is used to allow customers to configure and price a very complex ...

Personalized approach with a great format.
What do you like best? Configure One is simple and straight forward but has the versatility to make a robust CPQ platform and a valuable sales and quoting tool. The ease of implementation, as well as the continued support, makes all the difference. It's worth mentioning that the training administrators will receive is worth the money for the hands-on and comprehensive experience that the administrators will get. What do you dislike? The service tends to be pricy, but really you are ...

Product is robust
What do you like best? We have a complex product line, and have been able to use C1 logic to build the foundation for our quoting sales tool. What do you dislike? The user interface takes some getting used to. Recommendations to others considering the product: It will be easier to design and develop the configurator if you have some of the flow charts on the sales processes documented. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most of ...

Configure One Review
What do you like best? Very flexible and powerful configurator. Out of the box functionality is very granular with the possibility of enhancements. What do you dislike? Takes a lot of work to support a configurator. This isn't a bad thing, it just makes maintenance more of an effort. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Product configurations and process optimizations. Correct configurations turn into accurate orders.

Very Satisfied w/ it and absolutely love it!
What do you like best? Forces us to collect the best way to do something and get it down to something anybody can reproduce anytime. What do you dislike? Very good system, some limitations
What do you like best? I like the fact it is very easy to learn, and very easy to quickly build something of use. The pricing methods, and flexibility of the system allow you to achieve no end of results for various configurations. What do you dislike? Due to the fact it is an out of the box system, it has quite a few limitations. Not being able to calculate deliveries is a massive problem for our business as it adds manual work back in. The cost of having changes made, as well as ...

From desktop to online
What do you like best? The biggest benefit for us was going to an online web version of our design center. ConfigureOne allows our users to log in from anywhere on any device to design our product. It's always current as it's tied into our ERP system and auto updates pricing, user info, etc. It takes the user thru the initial design steps all the way to a final priced quote with an image of their choice of features. What do you dislike? The set up and Administration of the software is ...
