What do you like best? Tons of functionality, there is always a way to achieve the configuration rules or objective that you're trying to achieve without the need to customize the software. What do you like best? We are about 50% of the way through our implementation, and the support team has proven knowledgeable and responsive. Configure One is an incredibly capable CPQ platform. C1 Support for recent upgrade was great.

What do you like best? The Configure One support staff were very helpful and quick to respond when we had issues with the upgrade of C1 from V10 to V11. We have several issues that arose and C1 support was quick to respond, even outside normal working hours. What do you dislike? The C1 help center ticket system is a little clunky. What do you like best? Configure One is very flexible to each manufacturers product offering. This is much easier than trying to develop software from scratch. What do you dislike?
