There's nothing that Configure 1 can't cofigure!
What do you like best? Tons of functionality, there is always a way to achieve the configuration rules or objective that you're trying to achieve without the need to customize the software. Sometimes there are several ways of achieving the same result - each way with its own pros / cons. Almost everything else in Configure 1 follows a similar process to achieve the result, making it very easy to learn the interface. We have implemented using the SaaS model, and haven't had a single ...

Easy and intuitive CPQ software
What do you like best? Ability to import input attributes and customization flexibility that the tool offers What do you dislike? Customer Rights and Customer Master Maintenance don't work together. Nice option would be to allow a new user to be added to both at the same time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Look at C-One's ability to tailor a solution to your particular organization. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

New Customer
What do you like best? We are about 50% of the way through our implementation, and the support team has proven knowledgeable and responsive. Configure One is an incredibly capable CPQ platform. It has addressed all of our needs from a configuration logic, pricing and output documentation standpoint standpoint. What do you dislike? The online help tools are sometimes too shallow in helping answer questions about how to accomplish something. It would be helpful if these pages showed ...

ConfigureOne Flexibile for integration
What do you like best? I like the consistency we experience when integrating with your web service with a mapping layer to our ERP. What do you dislike? I feel some additional javascript controls should be available without having to pay extra to do things such as controlling how many characters a user can type into a box, etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: ConfigureOne makes available very complete documentation that proves extremely valuable if you are ...

I have a moderated level of experience
What do you like best? I like the punctuality of tech support team from Configure One. What do you dislike? A very limited resource but a bit pricy. Recommendations to others considering the product: The admin guide should be able to show some real example or it should be a simulated version. Being a beginner, it feels the resource is very limited. The training is very intense and there is so much to digest in 3 days basic core training. Otherwise, I like the team, their ...

C1 Support for recent upgrade was great.
What do you like best? The Configure One support staff were very helpful and quick to respond when we had issues with the upgrade of C1 from V10 to V11. We have several issues that arose and C1 support was quick to respond, even outside normal working hours. What do you dislike? The C1 help center ticket system is a little clunky. Recommendations to others considering the product: I have reviewed many different CPQ systems and C1 is the recommended CPQ system. What problems ...

This configurator is helping to shape the future of our company
What do you like best? We have many different styles of machines and accessories. It is very complicated and it usually takes a new salesman a long time to understand what machine works best for each application. We used the Configure One configurator to help us develop rules around what machine types work for each application. The sales person answers the questions in the configurator and then the configurator tells them which machine works best. The configurator also generates a quote ...

Great product for custom equipment manufacturer.
What do you like best? Configure One is very flexible to each manufacturers product offering. This is much easier than trying to develop software from scratch. What do you dislike? Some outputs require lots of HTML programming. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure the system works with your ERP system and verify ease of communication between the two software programs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...
