Very good system, some limitations

What do you like best? I like the fact it is very easy to learn, and very easy to quickly build something of use. The pricing methods, and flexibility of the system allow you to achieve no end of results for various configurations. What do you dislike? Made2Manage (M2M) C1 API integration

What do you like best? We worked on an integration project with C1 and Made2Manage (M2M). Our company Schroth Systems connected the M2M ERP to Configure one using the API. What do you like best? Very flexible and powerful configurator. Out of the box functionality is very granular with the possibility of enhancements. What do you dislike? Takes a lot of work to support a configurator. This isn't a bad thing, it just makes maintenance more of an effort. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Product configurations and process optimizations. Correct configurations turn into accurate orders.

C1 Support for recent upgrade was great.

What do you like best? The Configure One support staff were very helpful and quick to respond when we had issues with the upgrade of C1 from V10 to V11. We have several issues that arose and C1 support was quick to respond, even outside normal working hours. What do you dislike? The C1 help center ticket system is a little clunky. Recommendations to others considering the product: I have reviewed many different CPQ systems and C1 is the recommended CPQ system. What problems ...

What do you like best? The way the interface looks to users and all the ways you can customize it. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to reach staff at times for help with things. Strong Product, Great Customer Support

What do you like best? Everything on their platform is configurable, so as an Admin I have a lot of power to make lots of adjustments to what the users can see and do on the platform. They have provided a free or easy fix for almost every issue that I have brought to their attention. What do you like best? We are about 50% of the way through our implementation, and the support team has proven knowledgeable and responsive. Configure One is an incredibly capable CPQ platform.
