Works great for our needs

New to C1, but liking it so far.

What do you like best? The communication from sales, to training to implementation has been fantastic. What do you dislike? As with any CPQ, the time to convert, but that is not the fault of C1. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were looking for a more robust configurator than we had. C1 met and exceeded those needs and continues to open new pathways for us.

What do you like best? This is logic based programming. I am a logical person therefore this type of programming makes more sense to me than traditional programming. This is easily one my favorite things about configure one. What do you dislike? Some things are more complicated to do than they should be. For example when you are writing logic you have to name the input every time you have a different value even though input is still the same. This makes some logic lines much longer ...

Cool CPQ software that has all the integration capabilities and support you will need.

What do you like best? We were able to use our existing 3D model site. The cost of integration was low and it took less than two weeks. That's fast. The Configure One team is there to answer all your questions and help you through every step of the way. You will enjoy working with this team. What do you dislike? The interface is really good. It's all web based. I wish it had some spreadsheet type functionality. Like fill down or series fill or the ability to paste from an spreadsheet. ...

What do you like best? Configure One has always been very easy to use for our team. They have worked with us to customize the platform to suit our needs. When we have had issues they have always been very responsive as well. Being on their newest platform is also giving us the opportunity to take advantage of some of their connectors. What do you like best? The capabilities of ConfigureOne are just off the charts. The level of automation and support for third-party tools checked all our boxes from Salesforce, CAD (SolidWorks) and ERP (Made2Manage). In addition, if you can envision a workflow and output to increase efficiency the team at ConfigureOne can make it happen.
