The real deal.

What do you like best? There are no up sells with C1. There are no hidden costs. The software is really flexible and great at adapting to your manufacturing needs. They were always responsive to our request for assistance in the past and their current support system is efficient and helpful when I have run into issues. What do you like best? Flexibility it allows our customers to have when using our tool. we can incorporate our own branding, look and feel. They are able to access specific products that require our audience to spec out projects in a timely manner and all online. Implementing a quoting system for a highly complex product.

What do you like best? The product is very versatile and their team is very helpful and supportive. What do you dislike? The development side of the software does not seem to be designed for our complexity. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Salesforce connections (with additional customization's) allow us to report effectively on quote data. Other competitors licence their software on a per user licence fee. What do you like best? I like the availability of options and customization. It seems as though it will suit us well but I have only been working with it for a couple of days. What do you dislike?
