What do you like best about ConexED? The software is pretty easy to use and provides us with the tools we need to serve students we would normally would not be able to. What do you dislike about ConexED? Some technology knowledge is still needed at the student level. Besides the "pre-meeting check", I wish there was more of a step by step guide on how to use the platform and show common issues (not using the right browser) to help students use the service. What do you like best about ConexED? I liked that so many other people were already familiar with it. It meant that support in the meetings was already there and it was user friendly. Using it for scheduling with students was helpful but onboarding was tricky. What do you dislike about ConexED? Onboarding was tricky for faculty and students. What do you like best about ConexED? I liked that it synches with outlook on PC, that is is easy for students to set appts. What do you dislike about ConexED? does not snych with outlook when using Mac, firefox does not have full compatibility for video appts (again, when using Mac... but even after working online with support team and testing out everything), mobile version is lengthy (to many clicks)to sign in and also very hard to see and work with. "Convenient and easy to use"

What do you like best about ConexED? The program is very easy to use with our platform. Our students and staff have no issues with it. What do you dislike about ConexED? Nothing so far. "Simply thrilled with ConexED"

What do you like best about ConexED? I use ConexED for scheduling students and managing my entire work day. My favorite features are that I can easily edit, add notes, and organize my days. I started using it in August of 2019 it is now February 2020 and I feel like an expert due to the simple and well made user friendly features. What do you dislike about ConexED?
