What do you like best about ConexED? ConexEd is great because I like how it is used for Cranium Cafe. It is a place where the instructor makes his/her schedule visible for students to set up appointments through one-on-one meetings, conferences, interviews, and this can also be used as lectures. what I did not know about or wish I knew is that it includes a knock-on-door button and that there is a group session that students can join. What do you like best about ConexED? The feature I like best about ConexED is that I can review notes on previous student meetings all in one place, easily and quickly. I can also see other contact with the student and other staff members. ConexED is also very responsive in addressing issues and launching new/improved features. "Easy platform for all users."

What do you like best about ConexED? It is easy for students and colleagues to select the person they want to chat with. What do you dislike about ConexED? We are not able to transfer chats to another user from another department. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? I enjoy the share screen feature. This helps with guiding students on our website.

What do you like best about ConexED? Student friendly. Log in can be linked with several other platforms (google, facebook, etc) making it unnecessary to complete yet another new account. What do you like best about ConexED? For the most part, it is pretty user friendly. It is especialy easy to see a history of appointments for each student Appointment management is very easy. It is helpful to be able to view the schedules for others in your department as well. The contact cards are also great. What do you like best about ConexED? the instructors are fabulous. There has been a lot of support from them when I have taken courses. What do you dislike about ConexED? My Cranium Cafe occasionally has problems and no one has been able to resolve them. Problems such as a student not being able to hear me, audio or visual. i tried to get assistance from Cranium Cafe but they could not help and are too busy to follow up.
