I still am having some problems with reports and other capabilities of the software but the Shuvra (Customer Service Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. What do you like best? The fact that it is so user friendly and stores all the data which then helps us in our day to day tasks. What do you dislike? The visitor sign up is a bit slow. It takes a while from the computer to appear on the tablet and for visitors to put their signatures. Due to this, we get line ups in our lobby area especially over the weekends.
