What do you like best? There are so many great features, it's hard to choose. The Parking permit feature is a great help to us in this particular condo complex. What do you like best? I really enjoy the new templates which they have added for communications. This allows me to easily pull draft or remind Residents of upcoming items and or projects. What do you like best? CCC makes it very easy to communicate with owners/residents of our corporation. We're able to post announcements quickly and easily. Residents are also able to request maintenance from the comfort of their home without needing to make a call.
